The Yoga & Polarity Center offers a wide range of classes to nurture the body, mind and spirit.
We offer Polarity Therapy training at Associate, Registered, and Board Certification levels. We also train Registered Polarity Educators. In addition, we hold intensive ZOOM continuing education courses in Hermetics and Polarity.

Other services available through Peaceful Yoga at our studio are private yoga and yoga therapy sessions, Polarity sessions, Ayurveda consultations, and various workshops with visiting speakers.
