Heather Principe

Heather Principe is one of the leading human energy and consciousness teachers on the East Coast.  

She has been teaching Yoga and Polarity for over 25 years. Heather is owner and founder of The Yoga and Polarity Center, a center for teaching Yoga, Subtle Energy Healing Arts including Polarity and Pranic Healing, and Energetic Listening Skills for Bodyworkers. She is on the staff of the New Seminary, The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and runs retreats worldwide in all forms of Energetic Healing.

Wendy Newton

Wendy is a yoga educator, Polarity Practitioner, author and mentor. Wendy is an initiated yogiraj in the ISHTA Yoga lineage, and co-authored Tantra of the Yoga Sutras (2018) with Alan Finger, founder of ISHTA Yoga. She is senior faculty and mentor in the ISHTA Yoga teacher training program and the Yoga Polarity Center’s Yoga Therapy and Polarity Therapy programs. She conducts workshops and trainings internationally at the intersection of yoga, energy medicine and personal empowerment.

Mark Hubbard

Mark is a Wellness Educator, Speaker and Founder/Director of  Gaia Healing Arts Center in Smithtown, New York: a Center for Wellness Education and Holistic Health Practices. With a passion for Native American Spiritual tradition and deep roots in ancient Hermetic wisdom, Mark has dedicated his life-energy to the study, practice and teaching of Indigenous Spiritual Wisdom and Holistic Wellness.

Janice Marie Durand

Janice Marie is the founder and director of Tree of Life Center in Efland, NC. Since 1991, TLC has offered professional development & continuing education for bodyworkers specializing in 'whole brain, experiential learning' through energy healing and wellness classes.  For over 20 years, Janice has guided and developed Somatic Energy Healing & Polarity Therapy trainings, as well as movement and embodiment practices such as T’ai Chi, Chi Gong, & Gentle Energy Yoga classes.

Phil Young

Phil Young is a former president of the American Polarity Therapy Association and a founder member and driving force behind The International Polarity Education Alliance. He is author of several books on Polarity, most notably, Polarity Therapy where Energy Meets Structure and Function. His school, Masterworks International, started life as The International School of Polarity Therapy in the 1980's and has been running trainings in Polarity Therapy ever since. Phil is an experienced practitioner and international trainer renowned for his ability to convey the concepts, philosophy and practical application of Polarity Therapy in a clear and detailed way.

Brian Jansen

Brian Jansen is a Polarity Practitioner & Educator and a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with advanced training in Healing Complex Trauma (NARM, Somatic Practice). He has been in practice since 2002. Brian served on the Board of Directors of the American Polarity Therapy Association, and is currently authoring a book about the History of Polarity Therapy, inspired by his mentorship with Cindy Rawlinson, a direct student of Dr. Stone, and interviews with other early practitioners. He is the Director of the Polarity Therapy Institute in San Francisco which offers innovative practitioner trainings.

Elizabeth Ferrara

Elizabeth has been a lifelong student of various forms of Energetic Healing Arts.  Her work involves deep listening, attunement, witnessing and enhancement of life force and the human energy field using the deep intention and wisdom of various ancient and contemporary healing practices, among them Polarity Energy Work, Yoga, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Native American Medicine Wheel & The Four Directions, Meditation, Client Rapport & Conscious Communication,  Astrology, Tarot & Qabalah, Reflexology, and Cleansing. Now all of these are being offered for private and group session work and in classes in the greater Columbia, SC & NYC areas.

Gary continues to inspire the healing arts community with his approach to well being restoration, honoring the wisdom within and instruction through alignment.
