*Essentially there are two ways to participate in the forum,
You can participate in an individual class. Prior to the forum class you will submit a $25 payment to Venmo. (Heather – Principe – 2). Once you have paid, text 516-662-7878. Include your name in the text. You will be sent a Zoom link to sign in. Payment must be received one half hour before class starts.
You can become a member. By becoming a member of Forum, you were entitled to come to every foreign date. Included all the benefits of participating in whatever Polarity classes are happening in the moment at the Yoga & Polarity Center (if you have previously taken these classes under any approved ATM with the American Polarity therapy Association). Finally, you will also get one half hour of supervision scheduled each month at your convenience. For more information, call Heather Principe at 516-662-7878.

Dear Students and Teachers,
It has become clearer with time and circumstance that as I move forward with my resourced self in harmony with the times – is that I wish to share knowledge and resource with our existing Polarity community.
I will be offering a 2-year course for Students of Polarity to explore our Polarity work as shared in Dr. Stones two-volume treatise of Collected Works.
We will meet one evening per month beginning October 24, 2024 and then every month thereafter for two years. The intention of this class is to give Polarity Practitioners of all qualifications an experience of Group Supervision and learning.
Each evening class will be held on Zoom from 7:00-9:00 pm EST
This Forum will entitle students, teachers and practitioners to other benefits:
· Participation in online classes and in-person classes as repeat student at no charge
· Discounted (20%) participation in advanced workshops
· For Graduates of any Polarity teacher training (RPE) participation in
ongoing RPE Training.
· Access to recordings of previous classes held on Zoom (upon request)
